By accessing or using Stage2Stocks ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. Use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Stage2Stocks is an educational stock screening platform. It applies Stan Weinstein's publicly documented Stage Analysis methodology algorithmically to historical NSE equity price data for educational and informational purposes only. The Platform is not a financial advisory, research analyst, or investment management service.
Stage2Stocks is NOT registered with SEBI as an Investment Adviser, Research Analyst, or in any other capacity. Nothing on this Platform constitutes investment advice, a research report, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate. Users must comply with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
Historical price data on this Platform is sourced from NSE Bhav Copy archives — publicly released end-of-day files. This data is used for non-commercial educational purposes. We are not affiliated with NSE, BSE, or MCX. Exchange names, index names (NIFTY, SENSEX), and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners used for identification only.
The Platform does not display real-time or near-real-time market data. All price information represents end-of-day historical data and is not suitable for intraday trading decisions. Data accuracy is not guaranteed — always verify from official exchange sources before making any decision.
All screening results, stage classifications, moving average analysis, relative strength data, and any other outputs from the Platform are for educational reference only. They are not recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any security. You bear sole responsibility for any investment decisions you make. Consult a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser before investing.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others or create accounts for third parties. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are inactive for extended periods.
You may not: (a) scrape, crawl, or bulk-download Platform data programmatically; (b) redistribute, resell, or sublicense any data or content from this Platform; (c) use the Platform to provide investment advice to third parties; (d) attempt to circumvent any access controls or security measures; (e) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
The Platform's design, code, algorithms, and original content are our intellectual property. Stan Weinstein's Stage Analysis framework is an educational methodology described in his 1988 publication — we claim no ownership of it. NSE Bhav Copy data is used under NSE's public data policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stage2Stocks and its founders shall not be liable for any financial losses, investment losses, loss of profits, or any other direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform or reliance on its content. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stage2Stocks and its founders from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified to registered users via email with at least 14 days' notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
