This is the standard, publicly documented RRG construction — not JdK's proprietary formula, which is closed. Because both axes are z-scores, values sit close to 100 by design: a sector at 102 is strongly ahead of the Nifty, not marginally. Read the quadrant and the direction of travel, not the absolute distance. Sectors normally rotate clockwise, and a tail curling back toward the centre is the earliest sign a run is ending.
