It also offers financing against shares and margin funding services. In addition, the company provides broking, wealth management, portfolio advisory and management services; commodities and currency trading services; and research services. Further, it distributes third party products, such as insurance, mutual funds, and IPO, as well as offers online marketing services. The company was incorporated in 1985 and is based in Mumbai, India. Systematix Corporate Services Limited is a subsidiary of Systematix Holdings Private Limited.
